Welcome to my new and revamped foundations webinar.
As many people are dipping their toes/fingers... into the world of vaginal microbiome testing it is easy to overlook the foundational concepts of this unique eco-niche. You really need to think broader than microbes and killing and consider restoration and the person sitting in front of you.
In this webinar, I run you through the basic theory of the microbiome, discuss the influence of hormones and systemic factors and give an overview of the many possible treatment interventions and avenues.
This is not a webinar that teaches you the ins and outs of every disorder or how to interpret the microbiome panels in depth- I already have courses and webinars that do that. This is a webinar to get you thinking like an Intimate Ecologist. It will support you in making decisions around testing and treatment timing and may even give you some ideas on what questions to ask.
I have also included a bonus case study on recurrent Bacterial Vaginosis (rBV) and conception so you can see the basics in action.

Dr. Moira Bradfield Strydom (PhD) is a clinical Naturopath with over 20 years in practice. She has taught in both higher education and private sector holistic education for over 10 years.
